You know the old saying "If you want something done right, do it yourself" ... well, in my experience in the construction industry, this saying echoed in my head daily.  I consistently noticed a huge disconnect & enormous frustration between General Contractors and Clients when it came to securing building permits. 

I was able to identify where many of the breakdowns were coming from and knew that my skillset would be impactful in affecting the entire experience.

As a result, I created services that ensure a smooth Permitting & Licensing process that limits the need for Owner/Client involvement.  My main objective is to mitigate stress on the client and to get your business open as quickly as possible. Period.
